The Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE), Eastern Province Chapter, is a professional body representing Nigerian civil engineers in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. As part of the largest Division of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, our chapter promotes excellence, ethical standards, and continuous professional development through technical sessions, mentorship, and community engagement.
